Localised tracing strategies and mass testing of asymptomatic people are becoming THE big issues of August and both are in the recommendations to the Scottish Gvt on campus reopening. Where responsibility lies for both in relation to students /unis is a huge unresolved issue.

Even if campuses are Covid secure and therecare no wild parties, the sheer density of student living in most major cities represents a native transmission risk. The more safe that becomes physically the more damaging it will be mentally, and vice versa.
