They say the family earned it by flipping houses, and gave WE a building to use as for years, "rent-free"

2. Here is a commercial lease for that building, which has been leaked to me.

3. I sent WE the lease today for comment.

They tell me it was not "conventional rent," but a way to reimburse Fred & Theresa Kielburger for mortgage interest & property taxes.

4. WE did tell @whoisjaren about this reimbursement when he asked them about this all over a year ago, without explaining it took the form of rent. They've since made the "rent-free" claim on their website and in a press release, without further explanation on those forums.
