I’m here arguing with my buddy about the ability of naija artist managers to become wealthy via their work. Im of d opinion that passion drives it.
I’m curious to know, can anyone name at least 2 artist managers that you think have up to 10M naira sitting in their bank account?

I make more money now in one month than I did my entire stint as an artist manager. What drives it for most, isn’t the money, it’s the passion they feel for the craft. It’s slow to yield, there is no structure and a lot of money to sustain will come out of money made elsewhere.

When people ask if I would ever consider coming back to the industry to manage artists, I always say for what? Maybe when I was younger & had nothing to lose. Where my mind is at, the kind of money I wanna make, it can’t be made doing that in a country with zero structure

I would however come back in the naija music industry as something else more technical. Something I know is a sure bet to yield me like a minimum of 20-50M per Quater.
