The yellow cloud is indicative of Ammonium Nitrates’ presence! Every Ammonium Nitrates explosion I’ve seen before - too many to count - was followed by yellow dust!
The port authority in Beirut now talks about 2700 tons of Ammonium Nitrates were stored in Beirut port! During training in Afghanistan we estimated Ammonium Nitrates explosives to be 70% of TNT power! What happened in Beirut today is equivalent of 12.5% of Heroshima nuke bomb
There are several questions:
1- Why 2750 tons of Ammonium Nitrates stored in one place (warehouse 12) in Beirut port?
2- Who was paying for its upkeep? And on behalf of whom?
3- Why no one inspected the materials? Why no recommendation of disposal or proper storage?

This clear video could indicate other substance also stored along AN. From the red colour at top it could be potassium permanganate, which also used in explosives and chemical weapons (dual use chemical with agricultural uses) it accelerates combustion, yellow colour below is AN!
This is Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah years ago threatening Israel with missiles on their Ammonia plants in Haifa. He said it will be like a nuclear bomb and it will kill tens of thousands of Israeli civilians

The plot thickens, this article talks about the origins of the 2750 tons of AN and how such large quantities of weapon grade AN ended up in Beirut port! Was Hezbollah storing it for its future military use? Germany and Cyprus accused Hezbollah in past of storing and buying AN!
