3/ Fintech opens up new vertical markets that were previously considered small by increasing revenue per customer 2-5x. Fintech + winner-take-most dynamics make the TAM bigger than you think!
4/ Payments are still the first step for many companies, but we'll see more in lending, cards, insurance, bank accounts, compliance, and payroll & benefits. New infrastructure companies have started to and will continue to emerge to enable these services.
5/ As we’ve seen with payments, these fintech services will move from being resold → embedded into the saas platform for better economics and a more seamless customer experience.
