A white teacher emailed me saying she liked a piece I wrote and the lesson I included and asked if I’d share more w her lessons without offering compensation.

Pls don’t ask teachers of color for free labor. It’s one thing when we offer (which I often do) but asking feels... off.

Do I write her back or just ignore the email?
