🚨Long Post Alert.
Take the time with female trainees. Anyone can be just as athletic as the next person with the proper time and training (within reason of course).
My trainer would tell me constantly, “you’re not going to wrestle like a girl, we’re going to teach you to wrestle like a guy.”
And while yes, offended, I completely understood what he meant.

It took me 2 and a half years to have just 1 match.

I wasn’t ready.
Frustrating as heck, almost quit numerous times, but I respect him so much more for taking the time to train me.

And not rush something before I was ready

Don’t rush a debut just because someone has tits and a nice booty. There comes that vulnerability for a bad attitude.
Take the time, make them earn it. Naturally, the harder something is, the more someone will appreciate it.

Anyone could be good with time and effort. Just give someone a genuine chance before you write them off.

Please.
