Reasons why Indians are pissed off, a thread. use this to educate yourselves. (It’s Not well written at all because I’m in a horrible mental state rn sorry)

1. This moron on stan twt made a lot of racist remarks against Indians and Filos. Our culture is being mocked. Y’all think it’s funny to joke about rape, while Indian women are actually scared to step out of their houses if there are men around. It’s not a bloody joke.

2. (Not related to stan twt but this is more important. Disclaimer: this isn’t hate towards anyone) For years, P*k has claimed parts of K*shmir territory. According to history and the partition, the state of K*shmir IS INDIAN TERRITORY. I will not talk about this further ++

Because I will for sure end up receiving hate for this. Dm me if u wanna know more abt this.
3. About half of K*shmir’s land is now on the official map of P*k along with the territory of Junag*dh. You expect us to not be pissed off when our lands being taken away??!

4. Every. Single. Time. There’s an issue going on in the world we Indians try our best to help out, we try and donate, we sign petitions, we spread awareness. BUT WHY DO WE NEVER GET THE SAME ENERGY FROM YOUR PRIVILEGED NATIONS?!!! Do human rights not matter when it comes to ++

Asian and third world countries? Are we that unimportant to everyone else?? I barely saw ppl (other than my Indian moots) spread awareness about the Assam floods, the Jayaraj and Benix case barely got any attention AND PPL MAKE IT A POINT TO CONSTANTLY MOCK MY CULTURE! +++

It may not seem like much to you, but it is beyond frustrating to be an Indian at this point because of how ignorant everyone is towards our issues. Please, please educate yourselves!

This slipped my mind completely but alongside all of this, poor farmers and labour workers are literally being displaced at this very moment because of the pandemic. They're losing their livelihoods and this is perhaps one of the worst migrant crisis in India since independence.+

These people are losing their source of income, they're literally walking back home (hundreds of kilometers btw) because our govt failed to help them all out.
