Funnily enough, EcoHealth Alliance was founded as the "Wildlife Preservation Trust" in 1971 by British naturalist & author, Gerald Durrell, who wrote the screenplay for the film "Tarka the Otter" based on the book by Henry Williamson

6. Luckily for Otters, they have not yet been tested for effective transmission, replication & infection with SARS-COV-2. Neither have Badgers.
However, Ferrets have topped the list for SARS_COV-2
Also, human to mink transmission & vice versa has taken place on Mink Farms

Historically, otters were excessively hunted in China for their furs and as traditional medicine; annual harvest in tens of thousands animals were reported by government statistics until otters became protected by law in 1989.
