Have you ever heard of... ERICS FABLE?

Erics Fable - Is a simple and easy expression to help you when giving a presentation to sell your ideas and vision!
ERICS

E - Enthusiasm - The speaker shows they believes in what is being said and is passionate about it! A great way to show your passion and enthusiasm is to start your pitch off with a catchy fun intro. Sell the listener within the first two minutes of listening to you!
R - Relevant - It is a subject about which the audience should be interested in for business success or personal success. The remarks you say must resonate with the audience. You must be giving the right pitch to the right audience!
I - Informative - The remarks tell the audience something they need to know; point them in a new direction; give them something to think about, or teach them something new. The information is based around your ideas and how you intend to achieve it!
C - Compelling - The story is impactful and told in an interesting way that will make sense to the audience and will be memorable! The story also encourages the audience to take action/support you with your plan!
S - Simple - People are listening not reading. The audience must quickly understand the words, phrases, thoughts/concepts immediately upon hearing. Words should be simple and pronunciation clear and strong through the end of each sentence.

Speak confidently and with authority.
That was ERICS

As you can see, you need to be enthusiastic and passionate about what you are talking about while keeping it on topic and engaging with the listeners.

Now we will go into FABLE...
FABLE

F - Focused - The pitch should have three major points and stay on topic, never wandering or going on a tangent. You need to sell people that YOU are the right person for this mission.
A - Accurate - The information must be spot-on so it can’t be challenged as being incorrect. The speaker must be certain key information wasn’t left out that could change the focus/conclusion of the pitch.
B - Believable - The goals, actions proposed can be achieved by YOU, you need to have the listeners trust, and you aren’t a pie-in-the-sky that is about to fall apart!
L - Logical - The material is presented in an orderly fashion and can easily be followed. By the audience.

For example - Here’s the issue, here’s the policy/way to fix it/deal with it, here’s how it helps you/us/clients/shareholders/society!

Keep it simple and clear!
E - Efficient - Uses time correctly and stays within the appropriate fifteen minute to one hour range. This helps maintain the attention of the listener.
This concludes FABLE. You see how this part hones in on you staying focused on your pitch while giving accurate information and being believable about your way to approach and fix the situation.
