the wrong take for pictures of crowded hallways in schools is blaming the students for not walking single file at 6' apart. in case you havent been in a school building in a while: the corridors arent wide enough for that bcs no bldg could have foreseen that spacing need.
direct your outrage away from the students and teachers who never would have been able to achieve social distancing in hallways because its straight up not possible, and direct it at the school districts that opened up despite the danger to students, teachers, and their families.
"where is the teacher organizing them" no amount of organization will change that the hallway would have to be 6x as wide to allow for social distancing during class change.
and staggered releases would just lead to students lingering in hallways bcs the classroom they need to enter hasn't released yet.

the only safe bet would have been to stay at home, and that is the fault of the districts, not the students and teachers.
im not saying not to be mad at those photos: im mad at them too!! just make sure your anger is pointed in the right direction.
this thread is in response to some of the comments on this post. i dont want to call anyone out directly bcs like. they are right to be angry and twitter's character limit might not have given them the nuance they needed. https://twitter.com/Freeyourmindkid/status/1290626349426671617?s=19
