There are reports this was a fireworks factory

Fireworks are a low explosive
That blast seems more like high explosives

But it could be a contained blast of the raw materials

Has flash powder explosions going on, which could be the fireworks factory

2nd blast is HE or very contained large blast of low explosives

Bomb factory a possibility
Grain elevators as secondary explosion also possible

After looking closely
This appears to be clearly fireworks at the start
Moving along the warehouse gaining steam
Then hitting a critical temp or a large stash of raw materials
&
The whole thing blows
