For Clarity, Resolution 10G is this resolution wherein, if passed, the ABA would call on bodies that regulate the bar exam to halt in-person bar exams where public health cannot be assured and online bar-exams where software safety and stability cannot be: https://www.americanbar.org/content/dam/aba/directories/policy/annual-2020/10g-annual-2020.pdf
The Resolution also suggests the consideration of other alternatives such as diploma privilege and supervised practice.
The ABA House of Delegates meeting has started as scheduled at 10am CDT, they just concluded a test vote to confirm their voting system is working today.
We have been told that recent grads can register with their .edu emails from their law school and watch for free.
The HOD is now considering resolution 117-rev which applauds the courts at various levels for their innovative approach to administering justice during COVID-19.
