You don& #39;t take action because you don& #39;t believe in yourself.

When a belief is formed, it is immediately transmuted into action.

Here& #39;s the golden part - the more action you take, the more you tell your subconscious: "I believe!"

Here& #39;s how you can speed up the process...
From now on, every time you take action tell yourself: "I& #39;m doing _____ because I believe in myself."

The word & #39;because& #39; also has great influence on your subconscious.

Whatever comes after the word & #39;because& #39; automatically seems logical with little to no mental resistance.
When you finish running, say: "I& #39;m running because I believe in myself."

When you finish working, say: "I& #39;m working because I believe in myself"

When you eat healthy food say: "I& #39;m eating healthy because I believe in myself."
Train yourself to believe in hard work, the actions you take, and strengthen it& #39;s effect on your belief system.
More action -> stronger belief.
Stronger belief -> more action.

It& #39;s an upward spiral.

When you achieve a state of absolute belief, you& #39;ll do everything in your ability to achieve your goal in the best way and have fun while doing it.

Practice it daily & you& #39;ll get there.
