Folks, did not see this coming amidst a pandemic but..

In some personal news...

Excited to share I will soon be joining @KCL_CGS as a @LeverhulmeTrust Fellow & PhD student @warstudies!

I will be part of @KCL_CGS's project on “Interrogating Visions of a Post-Western World” focusing on a critical non-Western worldview - the #India|n view.

Having sat in on a convo recently, cannot say how thrilled I am to be working alongside a really smart set of young scholars

Even as my physical move to London is being worked through..

Shoutout to amazing colleagues Rajesh Basrur, @sinder32 and @Mukherjee_Anit who had my back through the years and put up with my hems-and-haws as I waited for the 'right' opportunity to go broke again. JK. (not.)

@barbaraslavin1, for patiently standing by as plans fell through and, finally, into place :)

Kids, hold on to well-wishers but hold on tighter to those who give you tough love. I consider myself lucky to have two around: @CChristineFair and @rohan_mukh

In short: Thrilled to head back to school after a decade.. as I nervously(!) watch my to-do + reading lists pile up in the corner.

And even as I explore new facets in #India's strategic behaviour, the #MiddleEast-talk-don't-stop. Can't wait to plug into the convo there!
