This is my friend Gio. I’m lucky to know him. He’s the toughest person I’ve ever met. Thursday he’s going in for another surgery and his mom put out the call for a little support to give him strength and courage. We’re with it.

We’ll be helping to facilitate a car parade tomorrow at 6:30pm. Lineup is planned for 6:15 on Watson Avenue but if you know Gio, and you know Ossining, then you know how big this will get. That’s a good thing. #ThisIsOssining

We have the motorcycle unit assigned to help organize the lineup and we’ll have traffic units to keep things flowing. Please be patient and work with our officers. We’re all here for our guy. #GioStrong

If you live in the neighborhood or will be using Croton Avenue to get home between 6:00pm-7:00pm, have patience and know your minor inconvenience is for a very worthy cause.

We’re big fans of Gio and we want to wish him the very best for a successful procedure and a quick recovery.
