So as a start i would like to say im in no way shape or form extremely analytical or anything, ive just been at the both ends of the spectrum and ive been in this fandom for a year now. by both ends i mean dazai and m*ri stan, bordering apologist and my current opinions.

by bordering apologist i mean i used to make m*ri and elises relationship to father-daughter so uhm yea u cant really say im extremely biased and have never thought about the other side. i also used to be a hardcore s/kk stan.

• Dazai never became an actual good man, dazai never even tried other than not kiIling. he still continues to treat his abuse victims like the shit under his shoes. Its obvious when him and yumeno once again meet in the train station, he threatens kiIling them, —

making them suffer again, for things they cant control, for things theyre forced to do. do you know how much you have to make a CHILD suffer for them to want to torture you? yea.

• Dazai also stopped "directly" kiIling people not in directly. In his enterance exam novel he used rokuzou, an angry orphan who was fucking BLEEDING O U T on the floor, as a weapon to kiIl sasaki. He was the one who handed roku the gun. he used him as a pawn in his game.

• No one actually overlooks Akus abuse towards Kyouka and Higuchi everyone knoes they deserved better however Aku has shown actually growth compared to dazai, thats the only difference between them. But no one says Aku is innocent

• The way some of the fandom acts like Atsushi is some whiney fuck who was only an orphan. they overlook the fact that he was an orphan that was SEVERELY ABUSED by the orphanage he lived in. the amount of growth he has shown is so much but so many people refuse to see it

• PS actually isnt as innocent as most people make him, in murd3r sense. he also has grey morals in d3ath department.

• The agency has grey moral. Kenji and Junichirou are one of the most obvious ones yet people never talk about it. theyre ok with kiIling as long as its for their loved ones.

• i actually understood this thanks to noah but Juni isnt the sister fucker the fandom makes him out to be. he is a victim of sexual abuse and the fact that he sees naomi as some god and naomi using this to her advantage is overlooked. a lot +

he is seen uncomfortable by her advances. in anime they animated it as he was enjoying it but in the manga its obvious he is rlly uncomfy by her actions.

• Not gonna write much abt this but characters like Kuni, Chuuya and Oda are always reduced down to their, not even healthy, relationship. Even tho they have really fucking good personalities.

• And last some people acting like ango is at fault i think i will write a doc abt this soon but. Ango was never responsible for odas d3ath, oda was never angry at ango for being a traitor TO THE MAFIA. Oda also hated mafia and wanted to leave it. Oda still cared for ango after+

all those shit went down and tried to help him so much, ango never wanted this, still cared for the trio (see the last part of the novel that was taken out in the anime) he wanted to help but theres only so much a man can so when youre being watched by the govt and the mafia+
