I purchased medicines worth Rs 1027 via online payment on 28th July 2020 on Patanjali Order Me APP
I had a query regarding my order. Tried to call no answer. Sent WhatsApp message no reply. Sent mail to Customer care Its been 5 days no reply contd

Today after waiting for a week I tried the Chat option on the "not secure" website of Patanjali Order Me APP. The automated chat system asks you your Order no. I placed my query & Order status it said Have a Nice Day & closed without reply. I tried again the same result

Then I pressed the Track Order button. The button doesn't work
I sent messages to @yogrishiramdev & @PypAyurved no response.
I love Patanjali products. But their ecommerce is hopeless & fraud @nsitharamanoffc
