Last PM/early this AM around MCSO building (47th and Burnside, Portland, OR) was pretty weird. Picked up one part of the "SAF-SMOKE" triple chaser that was deployed, filmed cops macing at least three people in the face, shoving some to the ground, being antagonistic toward press.

Lots of people were live streaming, but I stuck around until almost everyone left and caught a few things I found interesting. I'll take my time to process my footage, and then it'll be painful to upload, but maybe I caught something others will be interested in too. We'll see.

In the meantime, here's something related to what I was ranting about before I left: the first thing that comes up when you search (from:MrAndyNgo) "car" on Twitter. Sometimes when I'm looking for something, I end up finding something else. This time, it isn't very interesting.

Officer 48, I recognize you, and at this point, I assume you recognize me. I assume you think I'm "fake press" too. That's OK. At this point, I'm conducting myself appropriately, and if you hold that opinion, I think it's based on classism or some sort of weird untrue beliefs.
