My two cents on how to improve quicker as a developer.

Teach what you learn. Also, do not be afraid to learn in public. It can be intimidating at first, but it's beneficial for your and other people too.

You practice what you learnt, and it might help other people too.
2. Try to build projects with other developers. You see how other developers approach programming tasks and you might learn a thing or two.

It also opens you to new perspectives, and it helps you develop soft skills such as communication and teamwork.
3. Build projects. No matter how many tutorials you watch or how much pristine code you "copy" from a tutorial, you don't improve as fast.

You progress quicker, and better when you build projects yourself. It takes you out from of your comfort zone, and it makes you think.
4. Read other developers' code. When I started my first developer job, I spent most of my time reading code written by somebody else.

It helps you to see other ways of approaching problems, and how they did. There is always something you can learn from it.

That's all! đŸ„ł
