Sharing an experience I had with @amazonIN recently. I bought a pair of @sony_india Bluetooth earphones on Amazon. They worked fine for a while but stopped working just a day after the return/refund window closed on Amazon. When I complained about it.. contd..

Contd.. I was asked to contact the manufacturer. @sony_india asked for the invoice and then refused to help me because the retailer who sold it is not an authorised retailer. ... contd...
Contd... I went back to @amazonIN and reported this. They asked me to go back to the manufacturer and get a service decline letter in writing. So I went back to @sony_india and they agreed to send me an email with a list of their authorised retailers. I went back to Amazon..contd
