The term, Growth Mindset, was coined by a psychologist named Caroline Dweck. It revolves around the belief that you can improve intelligence, ability and performance. The opposite, a fixed mindset, refers to the belief that a person’s talents are set in stone.
Employees with a growth mindset believe that their abilities could be developed through hardwork. They enjoy experiments, are constantly looking for learning opportunities, and see failure as an opportunity to grow. No matter the role you are in, you will encounter challenges ~
disappointments that will frustrate you. It is the lessons you gain from them that matter the most.

A person who has a growth mindset might look at a failure to meet a goal for the quarter as an opportunity to identify their strengths and weaknesses to tackle the next~
quarter's goal.

A growth mindset gives you the freedom to push the limits of your abilities and develop your skills.

Employers can encourage growth mindset in their employees by giving them room to fail sometimes, so that they (the employees) can learn from it and get better.
You can develop a growth mindset by doing the following-

1. Constantly challenge yourself

2. Regularly assess your long-term goals.

3. Ask for feedback on where and how you can improve.
