Star Anise Correspondences

Magickal Uses Natural Incense Due to the strong natural aroma of star anise, it can be used as a natural incense in replacement of traditional products. Please be careful burning any herb, and always be within eyeshot.
Luck Due to the herbs correspondence with the lucky planet of Jupiter, star anise can be carried by an individual in the same way a lucky clover or a horseshoe would be utilised.
Protection A popular use for star anise is to thread string through the small holes and make into a garland to hand above doorways and entrances, in order to ward off negative energies and evil eye
