Serco’s test & trace STILL failing to do the BASIC job it is being paid millions to do. After all these months we STILL don’t have a functioning system. Meanwhile, parliament HAS GONE ON HOLIDAY.

If that is the case @JonAshworth & @Keir_Starmer why have you failed to back or even engage with what is required for a #ZeroCOVID elimination strategy? The basic steps have not been taken. Every day counts.
