It's a great victory for all his fans who have been demanding that a CBI probe be ordered into the mysterious death of Sushant Singh Rajput.
Dear people, today is a day of victory!
Bihar Government has recommended #CBIForSushant.
I want to congratulate each one of you today.
CBI probe will happen unless Maharashtra government challenges it and takes a stand against it.
However it will be a stand against people's wishes and hugely unpopular at that.
However, even then I doubt, whether a CBI probe can be ultimately prevented.
It will happen eventually.
Many have questions. I understand that there might be a lot of questions about what might be happening next and whether this is at all a reason to celebrate.
So, I will write a thread to answer all your questions about what might be happening next, according to me.

Thread begins
Rhea Chakraborty's petition at the Supreme Court to transfer this case to Mumbai Police comes up for hearing tomorrow.
There the Supreme Court will be informed that Bihar Police has the FIR and Mumbai Police hasn't filed any FIR.
This mean: Bihar Police has the jurisdiction.
Also, remember the earlier observation of the Supreme Court? Where the Court observed that "let police do their job?"
It was a premature application. But that judgement cannot be used as a precedent anymore as the Bihar government itself has recommended a CBI probe in the matter.
This will be discussed threadbare today & @ishkarnBHANDARI will be a very busy man. I will say this much that it will be very difficult from now on to prevent #CBIForSushant.
I thank Ishkaran and @Swamy39 for their tireless fight for #CBICantBeDeniedForSSR https://twitter.com/ishkarnBHANDARI/status/1290531283420897283?s=20
The Supreme Court has dealt with several court complaints before where the victims have complained that the police have not registered an FIR despite receiving complaints. Mumbai Police have received a complaint on February 25 from Sushant's father. Here👇🏾
Sushant's brother-in-law (an IPS officer) had followed up on the complaint & had requested his fellow IPS officer in Mumbai to register complaint. Mumbai Police had received that complaint.
It was on WhatsApp and such complaints are admissible.
Here👇🏾
Mumbai Police in a Press Release have blamed Sushant Singh Rajput's family for not coming forward with a written complaint at that time.
Here's the press release from Mumbai Police explaining why an investigation was not started during that time.
Okay. Enough of what has happened. You want to know, what's going to happen next, right?
Whether Mumbai Police accepts or opposes, a big team from CBI is going to land in Mumbai from Delhi to investigate the #SushantDeathMystery.
This is going to happen sooner or later.
All of you who are asking for a government order, I am pleased to inform you that the final order will come from Home Minister Amit Shah.
The Bihar Police has to follow the procedures and place the file at the Home Minister's office for approval. https://twitter.com/ANI/status/1290529555128623104?s=20
This matter will be keenly fought in the court tomorrow. Lots at stake for every party concerned.
Bihar government doesn't want to go wrong and they know it very well that this is a election issue.
Popularity of Nitish Kumar has seen a huge jump because he's made the right moves.
Such emotional issues arising during the elections are very important. It can play a huge factor in the polls. If Nitish Kumar delivers even partial justice in the #SushantSinghRajputCase then his party will receive lakhs and lakhs of votes just because people are happy about it
Lots of twists, turns and drama will happen.
Mumbai Police will certainly oppose the move to let in the CBI at this moment.
The Supreme Court will play a very crucial role in this matter.
It's going to be a massive tug of war.
But, the truth shall prevail.
