-icon is your pfp. idk but choosing an icon first before your header is much easier than finding an icon to match the header.

COLOR & MOOD MATCH.
-examine your icon, does it have a filter? noise/grain effect? the contrast? brightness level?
(grain/noise effect on icon would faint once you refresh your twt)
-color match. get a header that matches the dominant color of your icon.

-in mood match, you can not follow the color match rule which is following the dominant color of icon but take note that you have to follow the color palette of the icon.

look, the dominant color in my icon is pink but the dom. color of my header is purple but since it matches the mood and palette, it matched well and gave me the exact mood i'm going for- 80's retro.
