When a patient comes in to the emergency room shows symptoms, and then test positive. We just send them home, and tell them if it gets worse to come back. They end up back struggling to breathe, taken from their families, and secluded. At this point they’ve double pneumonia..
It’s downhill from here. That’s when your loved one becomes a clinical study where the doctors tell them you can either try this or take a “placebo” they sign the paper holding no responsibility to the doctors and begin whatever treatment that doctor is being paid to push.
These patients are terrified, alone, and helpless. The only lifeline they have is the nurse. Let’s pray they get a somewhat compassionate one. Too many have taken their last breathe alone. Even after they pass the family isnt allowed to see them.
This doesn’t have to happen... if given HCQ/ZPAC/ZINC the first time they show up with symptoms and a positive test 90% wouldn’t ever end up back in the hospital. Also great results as being shown from an inhaled steroid.
A nurse is supposed to be the advocate for the patient. The last lifeline a patient has is the nurse. I’m begging nurses take a stand, fight back for your patient, if not now when?
