The issue of the Promised Messiah (as) speaking about Jesus as a drunk keeps coming up, I am starting this thread so all of my friends on twitter can better be able to understand this issue. Here is a screen shot of the Page from the book of the Promised Messiah (as)
Now that you can see at the bottom Hadhrat Maseeh e Maud (as) is saying that the cause of drinking in Europe was perhaps that Jesus (as) used to drink and that maybe this was due to some habit or illness. However our Muslim brothers are not being fair,..
You can see from the Bible that Jesus (as) him self say he was a drinker, and compared himself to Hadhrat Yayha (as) who was not a drinker, He is clearly saying that he eats and Drinks whereas John the Baptist did not eat and drink. So this is the reason why European drink.
Now to add to this, not only was Jesus (as) a drinker from the bible evidence, his first Miracle was to make wine from water, and he gave to others to drink specially. This was one of his biggest Miracles, you can see below.
Dont worry I will address all of the issues in this thread, I am sure the allegation of tonic wine will come up and I have already prepared something special for my Muslims Brothers here in this thread in days to come. now let me share the last screen shot of the day,
Now here right before Jesus is about to be caught and hanged according the Gospel, he says he is going to stop drinking, however he has no problem sharing the drink with his disciples. What our Muslim brothers dont realize is that their arguments are weak!
