it’s a huge part of US restaurant culture! like the first time I saw organ meats on a fancy menu I just started LAUGHING
also because I’ve now made this comment to multiple commenters: $20 for a one-serving lunch for one person is indeed a lil spendy. $20 for the ingredients for a meal that serves two people multiple times is not
