Hi, so the UC applications opened a couple days ago & if you’re at a community college rn ready to transfer, listen up

If you’re planning on applying to a UC, there’s a program called TAG, which stands for Transfer Admission Guarantee. Schools that offer TAG are UCD, UCI, UCM, UCR, UCSB, & UCSC

You can only TAG one school but it’s a guarantee you get in IF you MEET all the requirements!

The deadline to submit your TAG is September 30th & the UC application deadline is November 30th

Here’s the link to create your TAP( Transfer Admissions Planner) account that lets you add all your classes

Also another great resource is
https://assist.org"> https://assist.org that lets you see the classes required prior to transfer, make sure you talk to a counselor that you trust to look over your classes to make sure you’re on track!

There’s different requirements per school & major, so if you have a school in mind just google “tag requirements uc davis” & it will show you the number of units & GPA required to TAG
