Speaking of @JonahDispatch, short thread...

Nowadays, everything has to be binary, but I've always said hell no to that and held to my thinking that one could dislike Trump and still be pro conservatism. That's what I've tried to be on here.

I've seen so many people say that there are no difference btw places like The Bulwark/Lincoln Project and places like The Dispatch or even some folks at NRO and I said they're wrong.

So it was satisfying to hear Jonah, Charles Cooke, and yes, even the much maligned David French reject (in writing and on audio) the blow it all up Lincoln project garbage.

That folks like me have to vote for Democrats just bc Trump is bad was always a false choice.

It's good to know that there are still some people around that don't deal in absolutes, they are few and far between, but I'll take all I can get at this point.

I won't be voting for Biden, or Trump for that matter, but I will vote for Senate R's (despite their many faults) bc I'm not insane enough to think turning over the entire govt to Democrats somehow helps conservatism. It doesn't.

I'm glad I'm not alone in my thinking.
