canada post is temporarily suspending money back guarantee for tracked packages with insurance to many countries, including the philippines. unless winners are willing to pay for UPS/DHL/fedex, I do not feel comfortable sending packages over there.

suspension of the money back guarantee does not instill any confidence in me that packages will avoid being lost, especially during this time and the fact that I'll be using my own money to pay for shipping first and trusting winners to pay me back afterwards.

I know this is a huge disappointment to a lot of you, but I do not want to be responsible for lost packages or refunding shipping costs. we can discuss this individually if you wish to proceed with courier delivery services. thank you for understanding!
