the treaty further gave protection to recently introduced and signed EXECUTIVE ORDER signed by Mallam Buhari cited as ARTISANAL GOLD AND OTHER SOLID MINERALS MINING PERMIT 2020 which authorized local Companies nominated by Late Isah Funtua, Late Abba Kyari and 3 other cabals who

are 2 persons from Katsina State and 1 other from Kano to work in conjunction with Chinese miners to exploit solid minerals in all the northern States in NIGERIA with exception of Niger, Kwara, Kaduna, Benue and Nasarawa. The proceeds from this solid minerals shall be shared as

follows, 1) 55% goes to China as part of the repayment plans on all loans procured from China, 2) 30% goes to the cabals hereinbefore mentioned together with the protege/principal and 3) 15% goes to govt of NIGERIA as MINING TAX. Fellow NIGERIANS, please what is the difference
