He insisted the issue was because of his country/card not working with paypal.
He blocked me on discord and deleted his old twitter.
He created a fake screenshot of his paypal saying "sent" when the invoice wasnt even opened yet.

Immediately after blocking me he changed his discord tag and photo.

I NEVER EVER EVER finish art before payment is completed but I was afk and took his word on money being sent at the time.

Which is my fault yes. I had other payments coming in and figured it was lumped in. I ALWAYS check too. Of course this happens the ONE time I didnt. PLEASE STAY SAFE ARTISTS. Learn from my mistake and please honor my wish of not drawing this character in the ref I drew.
