Would love to hear your stories around the topics:
- a time you burned out
- how you approach and manage your time now
- things that you try to do so you can avoid burning out
- when you did work unsustainably, how it got to that point, and how long you kept that going

I have a longer story around this where I seriously considered self harm to get out of a meeting. This is best told on video IMO. But yeah TL;DR it took me experiencing that for me to see I was not in a healthy place with work
Avoiding burn out: Letting go of self imposed & unreasonable due dates: does your project _really_ need to be done for the next day? Can you afford to take the rest of the evening off, get food, get some exercise if that helps you, and get 8 hrs of sleep instead? Usually it's yes
External due dates, i.e. from your boss? These are extremely hard to navigate. Another deep dive for later but TL;DR a necessary skill is expressing whether dates are reasonable. An ideal state is where you're giving your own due dates, and sticking to them
Working unsustainably: I feel most people create hustle porn and glorify working 24/7 when they have a project that they REALLY love and gets them going, so every part of their mind and body wants to do it. That's great. But never go into work saying you MUST work on it 24/7
