1) is very tempting in the short term. Loaded with sugar + artificial flavors. The weak-minded among society will drift towards this.
One bite + this seems amazing. This short term impact will give you a dopamine rush like you've never known. You'll feel on top of the world.

Now you move onto your second bite, by this point, the sugar will have overloaded your taste buds. YOU CAN'T HAVE another bite, you feel overwhelmed.
If you eat this consistently you will end up in a caloric surplus, meaning you gain body fat.

From this point onwards, you have this occasionally from time to time. But this is a single slice that leaves you unhappy + moves you away from your long term goals.
2) The (true) sweet one. Loaded with natural sugars, vitamins and minerals. (w/ significant Satiety (more on this later)) leading to long term goodness.
You can eat this multiple times a day knowing it benefits you in the long term resulting in a more positive mindset.

Satiety - this is that feeling of 'being full'. This is why you often still feel hungry after eating processed takeaway food. Eating foods high in satiety means you're less likely to eat more.
Fruit -> Low in artif sugar + calories which alongside adequate training will make you look like this in the long term*
Summary:
The true sweet one -> Isn't as 'cool' to others but it results in long term happiness, better mood and can help you reach your physical goals.
The artificial sweet one -> Very short term, deters from achieving long term goals + can't keep your happy.
