It's a natural reaction to get frustrated when other teams strengthen but what player other teams have signed/reportedly signing would start at #LFC. Ake? Werner? Sancho(not yet)? Don't think so. Don't get me wrong I think #LFC need to strengthen but let's wait until Oct to judge

Frank Lampard had a buy back option with Ake but didn't take it up, that's a big tell. Werner reportedly on 250k PW, wouldn't almost every player be entitled to ask for that with a CL and PL medal in pocket, what does that do for the dynamics and finances of squad.

Last season if we didn't sign Nicolas Pepe there was no way we were catching Man City... by the way I thought we needed to strengthen more to catch them nevermind dominate them. I suppose it is just more trust in Edwards, Klopp etc. Would be delighted if we signed Thiago though.
