So much to announce today! We have a webinar on quantifying ERP data quality this week, a webinar on the ERP CORE next week, and resources for people who are going to be teaching about ERPs this year and want to maximize the quality of their online teaching. 1/n
For both webinars, we will make recordings available for 1 week. No registration is necessary to watch the recordings. Links to the recordings (and other materials) will be available within 24 hours of the end of each webinar. 6/n https://erpinfo.org/virtual-boot-camp
Finally, we’ve created a set of resources for teaching undergrad (or grad) courses that include significant ERP content. They’ll be useful whether you have an entire course devoted to ERPs, a single day focused on ERPs, or something in between. 7/n https://erpinfo.org/intro-to-erps-course-materials
The primary resource is a set of 5-minute YouTube videos designed to teach the basics of ERPs. We also have 1-2 quiz questions for each video (which are very important for keeping the students engaged and maximizing their understanding). 8/n https://erpinfo.org/intro-to-erps-course-materials
The videos are organized into “chapters,” each of which contains 4-8 videos. You can use any or all of the videos. 9/n https://erpinfo.org/intro-to-erps-course-materials
The first five chapters focus on what ERPs are and how they’re used, and the last three chapters focus on the methodological information that students need to learn so that they can read ERP papers or start working in an ERP lab. 10/n https://erpinfo.org/intro-to-erps-course-materials
The materials are released with a CC-BY license, so you can use, modify, and remix them in any way you want as long as you provide an attribution. 11/n https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/
But please let us know if you use them so that we can include this in the progress report for the grant that fund the ERP Boot Camp. 12/n
And let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you integrate these materials into your course. For example, we may be able to provide a custom introductory video. We're here to help! 13/n
