What  @DelhiPolice needs is not a good punchline but sensitiveness & sincerity.
Here is what happened.
I saw few people gathered at Barapulla flyover, near CBI Hqr few mins back & saw a man lying on the road. I stopped my car to help. People vr hesitating to dial 112 so I dialled.

Just after that I got multiple calls from PCR, Police station, Ambulance and traffic police etc etc. As expected, got only calls from  @DelhiPolice but no1 reached the spot. My phone was ringing every min as cops kept asking "Kahan hai, bus pahuch gaye, agaye, kahan ana hai etc"

a "CRIME Control" van came bt said "Humara ilaka/kaam nahi h". Finally after wasting mins, we decided to take d alleged hit n run victim to d hospital in a private car. 
@CPDelhi sir  #dilkipolice won't change ground reality.
Now two police stations r fighting fr Jurisdiction!

Just now got another call from from @DelhiPolice, this time Nizamuddin Police station, they just now got the information. Call has now been transferred to them.
Bus ye hi reason se police ko call karne mein darr rahe the log!
