This man has been following women in West Philadelphia. They try to lose him by changing routes, etc etc but he manages to follow them and makes comments as well. Concerned he’s waiting to do something to one he finds vulnerable enough.

This is him back again a couple hours later lurking around a friend’s home.
I was uncomfortable posting addresses too close to a friends home, so these trolls claimed “I might be with him.”
