If you’re a guy and looking to support #ACSisterhood here are some things you can do:

-make women feel welcome in your community by being kind and celebrating them & their work
-put women in leadership positions in your community

-listen to them: women have insights that men ignore or can’t see
-know their struggle: women are harassed even for the most benign things, few men face the same harassment
-collaborate: different genders can work together! We do it in MG and we make better things because of it

Finally: stamp our sexism. A zero tolerance policy if not only effective but it’s fair. You don’t need to give sexists a second chance, they will not bring anything of value to your community.
