Over 350 people just received my “3 Act Newsletter”! The goal of this newsletter is to help readers become better communicators in 3 Acts: Beginning, Middle and End. Today we talked about motivators. You can read it below.
Act I: The Beginning (spark the curiosity)

How often do you check your motivators? Motivators are triggers that cause you to do what you do every day. We all have them. My belief is every life decision is made to get something or get rid of something. What do you believe?
Act II: The Middle (inspire with information)
“Behavior is the end result of a prevailing story in one's mind: change the story and the behavior will change.” - Dr. Jacinta Mpalyenkana
Act III: The End (Resolution)
Start a "Why" journal. At the end of your day, evaluate the actions you've taken and the decisions you've made. Spend time getting to know the origin story of your conscious and subconscious decisions. There's a reason why you work where you do, eat
what you eat and enjoy what you enjoy. This is key to understanding yourself better and better communicating your story.
