A Thread on the treatment to Gareth Bale by Real Madrid & Fans.

Bale was a big part of Madrid's 3 peat and not to forget La Decima. Madridistas will never forget what he's done for us and especially in the Finals.

But what happened after 2018?

First of all, the above interview was 2 months ago. & even after this interview he said he's happy in Real Madrid.

Bale saying this is stupid on his part. After 2018. After Ronaldo left. What has he done? Absolutely nothing. He didn't even care about this club.

He continued training for Wales when he was out for Madrid trainings "due to a knock"

After Cristiano left. Karim Benzema was the only striker that stepped up for the team. Where was Bale when we needed him? Where was Bale when our superstar Ronaldo left? Nowhere to be found.

You expect Madrid fans to stay calm when a player of his quality suddenly vanishes? I was a big fan of Gareth Bale. He was my second favorite after Ronaldo. But last couple of years he has completely lost it. Previously also he gets injured, but he comes back with a bang, always

The biggest problem with Bale was his effort. He plays for the biggest club in the world. He's a world class player. But he's getting outplayed by kids like Vincius & Rodrygo.

He earns £350,000 PER WEEK. A club like Madrid always wants big players. Always want to win.

The fans have higher expectations. Real Madrid is the type of club that is always expected to do big things. Ending with just a league trophy or just a cup trophy is never enough.
This club's main target is always the Champions League. That's a well known fact.

To do this, Madrid does their business well. How do you think the fans feel to have a player that doesn't try or gives enough effort but gets paid 350K per week? This prevents us from signing other players like Mbappe aswell. Specially because of the current financial situation.

Now I'm gonna talk about the criticism Zidane gets for benching him. If you or literally ANYONE watched Real Madrid this season. You'll see the chances Zidane gave to Bale to prove himself. To show that he still got it. But he failed. Miserably failed almost every time

It was sad.
Because even us fans, we want to see him try harder. We want to see his level best. But he hasn't done it. For 2 consecutive seasons he's been absolutely useless.

When he was getting consecutively benched, no Madrid fans saw him try to work harder. He didn't have a serious face. He was just enjoying on the bench. Like i said many times, he doesn't care anymore. Which is sad.

This season i was surprised with the amount of chances Zizou gave him to prove himself. Asensio joined the team after a year long injury and had more impact than Bale this season.

Now about Golf.
No one really gives a f*ck about what he does in his own time. We just ask for one thing. Show the same passion and desire on the football field.
He always had this hobby. But no one said anything. It annoyed the fans because of his lack of effort in Football.

And now the Media. Pages like @ESPNFC trying to take things out of context and make it look like Madrid is to blame.

If a player in any English club did this, the English media will throw him out of England immediately and that's fact.

After that. To be completely honest i didn't think Bale will play another minute for Real Madrid.

Gareth Bale's interview for me is scripted. Either by the media itself or his agent.

You can hate Madrid all you want. But the hate Bale got in Madrid was 100% understandable.

The media can try to bring Madrid down. The rival fans can try to bring Madrid down.

But this is Real Madrid & no player will ever be bigger than this club. We all thank Bale for what he's done for us. We will still love him once he starts showing the effort.

Having a one or two bad games is not a problem, as long as we see the effort. If Gareth Bale is staying after this summer, I want to see his old version and we will wreak havoc in Europe once again.
