It’s August 3 and the @UFT hasn’t surveyed NYC teachers on our comfortability going back into our schools/classrooms. What gives? Also where is our @NYCSchools 20-21 school year calendar?

I’m going to keep tweeting this until the @UFT listens. We have concerns we’d like you to hear but it seems like you’d rather make concessions to @DOEChancellor and @NYCMayor that don’t have our (Ts and Ss) safety in the forefront.

Sure, they claim they’re listening to us but we have had no formalized way to give feedback that we know will actually be listened to. Based on everything that’s happened since February/March, what reason do we have to trust the UFT?
