right i KNOW that everyone thinks my ketchup in noodles thing is insane but this is how you make the best instant noodles

u need like some bog standard chicken flavour super noodle type things. real cheap shit. will be vegan bc no actual chicken involved just Flavour. then u boil two packets of noodle - JUST THE NOODLES - until soft. then drain off most of the water, leaving a wee bit

add flavouring packets, wee bit of dark soy sauce, squirt of ketchup, squirt of lemon juice, garlic powder. leave to cook until GOOEY but not WATERY. most of the water should be GONE but the moods should be sticky

then u are done!! the ketchup/soy doesn’t make it taste super salty or ketchup to, just a big tangy and meaty. it is perfect. add spring onion/sesame seeds to make fancy
