Here are 8 key lessons I have learned in this last few months

1. It’s not enough to have an idea. Build a business model that the idea can run with.⁣
2. Don’t try to do it all on your own. Use research tools to get the answers you want. You will burn out if you do everything from your head.
3. Build systems and structures around what you do. Your idea gets you started. Systems and structures helps you grow. ⁣
4. Some days you feel so certain about your idea. Other days you are uncertain. Everyday you are human.⁣
5. Have a funding. Omo! This one is important walahi. Business is war and war needs funding. What’s your hustle?⁣
6. Test different methods in marketing. Look for which works best and channel all your resources to it
7. Traction takes time. You want 10,000 customers, get started with 1 user first. Celebrate your little wins as they are important for your growth.
8. The goal is to grow fast and gain traction in the shortest time frame. If your business model isn't supporting that, then consider changing your business model and not the idea.
