Since we’re working on getting twitter to #UnverifyAndyNgo let’s talk about some of Andy’s more interesting twitter follows!

Andy follows white nationalist cartoon stonetoss (Andy got in trouble in April for making a stonetoss image his background on here), white nationalist Scott Greer, fascist group Patriot Prayer, & “Millennial” Matt Colligan Alt right member who was at Unite the Right in 2017

Colligan, who Andy Ngo follows, was famous for saying “Hitler did nothing wrong”. Andy’s affiliation w/ Patriot Prayer is what got him fired from Quillette

Andy also follows Groyper/white nationalist leaders Nick Fuentes and Jaden McNeil. Michelle Malkin, who is associated with the white nationalist Groypers, started a gofundme for Andy’s fake brain injury that raised $250,000. Andy also follows white nationalist Faith Goldy.

Normally, I wouldn’t say anything about who someone follows on twitter. BUT Andy loves to use guilt by association with who Connor Betts followed (there’s a much longer thread about that on Tuesday) so I think it’s fair to apply a similar standard to Andy.

In fact, despite ostensibly being a reporter who covers the far left, Andy doesn’t follow ANY accounts that would be on his beat. His follows look like his personal twitter follows.

I’m curious what people who’ve been slandered by Andy (like @socialistdogmom, @shane_burley1, @chick_in_kiev, @GrimKim, @alex_zee, & @AntiFashGordon) think of this.

It would be a shame if this thread went viral and Andy had to answer why he follows so many white supremacists (honestly, I could have had more for people like Cernovich, Posobiec, and Charles Murray but thought it was better to stick to the hardcore racists)
