Always a good time to be reminded that it’s very easy to pretend to be just about anyone online.

Always worth wondering if whoever you’re talking to on here really is who they say they are. Most people are. But some are not and they have their reasons for hiding, some of which will be nefarious. It’s also a favoured 4/8/whatever number they’re on now ch*n tactic of course

So you know. If someone who claims to be a feminist woman is trashing other women online, sure she might actually be a woman who believes in what she’s doing. Or she might be a male troll. & it’s worth pausing to question that.

Anyway, if true, this latest episode is going to be used as a stick to beat feminists with & I’m incredibly fucking pissed off about it. We need to get better at being critical thinkers online.
