For some reason, a lot of neurotypical ppl seem to find it very difficult to grasp what support and accessibility could look like for neurodivergent ppl.

It's like our request for something in order to create accessibility is being discarded as something else.
Access and support needs are often considered whims and ppl take the liberty to ignore them.

Therefore, I want to give examples of actions/aids that create accessibility and are supportive for me.
Most importantly: Predictability.

It's not about "it's nice to know". I need to have fairly detailed informaiton about what's going to happen to be able to process it.

Without predictability, my brain gets overwhelmed and I can't communicate what I want.
Predictability is an access need for me, because I have no chance of participating on equal terms otherwise.

The more information I get about something beforehand, the better I can process and deal with the things you actually can't know beforehand.
I'll probably continue this thread later, by describing some aspects of communication and accessibility.
