Day in, day out what trans men on this site see is a nonstop flood of "men r trash, don't @ me" takes

Trans femmes like ourselves see "why on earth would you ever touch a gross disgusting man when there's gorl that exist"

And that isn't to say people can't mock their oppressors

But guess what? Trans men aren't the ones oppressing us.

Straight trans women aren't broken for being attracted to men.

Gay men might have cis & male privilege to some extent, but that doesn't mean they're "our oppressors"

We see a nonstop spew of two sentiments:

If you're a trans femme and attracted to men there's something wrong with you

All men are trash and should be thrown away (and SO many of you who pay lip service to "TRANS RIGHTS UWU" conveniently forget about trans men when doing this)

The patriarchy damages women, it's destructive to our psyches, our bodies, our souls.
All of these things are true

And while I fully understand not being able to muster much sympathy for cis-het men

who benefit from this system even as they're harmed by it, acting as though those of us femmes who are attracted to men are wrong, to constantly and viciously shit on all masc individuals and then to try and turn around and pretend you're supportive of "trans rights" is bullshit.

If you derive joy from throwing around "Men r trash" takes, we can't stop you, we won't even try. We'll just make a note that you think the love of our life, Ian is trash and react accordingly.
